About On The Beating Travel
This project started as a resource about the clubbing culture of Ibiza. In the lead-up to my 30th birthday, I spent countless hours scouring the interwebs about the best places to stay, where the nightclubs were, which parties to go to and what sights to see while I was there.
There was nothing that had everything in one place. So that’s how this blog started. As the site grew, I noticed there weren’t good information sources for many other hedonism hotspots. So now revellers can find quality guides to Croatia, Portugal, Berlin, Cape Town and Tulum.
You’ll also find the internet’s best boutique festival archive. I mean, if small intimate music festivals in the foothills of the Atlas mountains of Morocco doesn’t sound like fun, then this blog probably isn’t for you. If that sounds like fun, however, you have come to the right place!

Now I’m exploring other hotspots and boutique music festivals. Previously a professional yacht crew member, I currently run an SEO consultancy in addition to this little corner of the interwebs.
