First up we head out towards the airport and the stunning area of San Jose de sa Talaia overlooking the popular Sa Caleta bay. This is the best overall villa option.

Can Palleu is an understated classic Balearic villa with four (4) bedrooms and four and a half (4.5) bathrooms. In total, the property can sleep eight (8), so it’s ideally suited for small to medium-sized groups.

This villa checks off the two most crucial boxes when it comes to selecting among the other Ibiza party villas. It has an infinity pool (bonus points) and it is tucked away from the neighbours.

The interior is somewhat basic but that is perfect for a holiday rental as there is less stuff to worry about breaking. In addition, it is clean and comes fully equipped, which will be more than enough for your stay.

This is certainly a strong option considering it’s close to Playa d’en Bossa and the likes of Hi, Ushuaia and Bora Bora for those that are feeling frisky. All the standard amenities such as air conditioning, BBQ facilities, strong Wi-Fi and even a ping pong table are included.

Villa Romero II

It is situated on the South-Western part of the island and near the magical Es Cubells. Villa Romero is a large property in a peaceful location with two villas available to rent. That means both properties have a total of seven (7) bedrooms.

Without a doubt, the stand out quality of this property is the outside entertainment area. In addition, the dedicated exterior kitchenette with its own fully equipped BBQ and dining area is ideal for meals under the summer night sky.

You would likely only ever venture inside to shower, cool off in the air conditioning, or lay down to rest each night. However, the swimming pool area features ample sun loungers to soak up the Balearic sun.

It is far enough away from the neighbours to allow you to play music a little louder than usual. And there are plenty of reasons why you would book your stay here.

Villa Alexandra

Another villa on this list that’s situated in the area of Talamanca (noticing a pattern?). And close to the likes of Destino, Pacha and an excellent selection of beaches nearby.

An outside BBQ and eating area are ideal for a breakfast fry up after a big night out and lining the stomach for the next round. Now, speaking of big nights out. Cana Fina is a mere 500m from Amnesia and Privilege, making for easy access.

Overall this is an excellent option if you would like to be close enough to all the major party areas of Ibiza. You can see the Old Town of Ibiza from the pool, and San Antonio is also relatively close to your headquarters.

By now, I’m sure you will have noticed that I’m a big proponent of villa rentals tucked away from the neighbours. But believe me when I say it because it’s a massive factor in Ibiza, especially considering the ever-tightening noise laws.

This brings us to this fantastic large Ibiza villa known as Villa Evie. It has five (5) bedrooms with three (3) bathrooms and can sleep up to ten (10) people. So it’s a great option for a slightly larger group.

The location is also spot on just on the outskirts of San Antonio town. Major nightclubs like Eden and Es Paradis are a little over 1km away, and the infamous Ocean Beach Club is another venue close by.

To really top it off, it’s a twenty-minute stroll back to the villa from Cafe Del Mar and Cafe Mambo in the evenings. You will have all the space you could ever need for a party here at this large villa.

Can Flowers Villa

Last up, and we have the most luxurious Ibiza villa on this list. And if you have the means to book it, congratulations on reaching baller mode! It’s located a little way out of Ibiza town to the North but still within a short taxi trip.

With six (6) spacious bedrooms and eight (8) bathrooms, everything about this digs is finished elegantly. The interior is light and airy and tastefully decorated to keep you feeling fresh during your stay.

However, this article is about party villas. And this property has the sprawling grounds required to throw one almighty bash. To say the least, they are incredible and consist of a small football pitch, water features, sculpture gardens, an outside entertainment section, and a large private pool.

The possibilities are endless here if you plan to throw a party at your villa in Ibiza. And this would be the place to do it. All you would need is a superstar DJ to man the decks and you are halfway there.
