We do offer this option for the accommodation part of your booking only. Please send us a message using the contact form to speak to our team who can set this up for you.

Once all the payments have been made and cleared through SagePay we will release your hotel booking conformation letter.

In the words of MC Hammer, we are too legit to quit! We are members of Protected Trust Services (membership number 5443). PTS protects your hard-earned cash in a trust account for all bookings made directly through our platform. They also ensure our complete compliance with the current UK package travel regulations and consumer laws. Link to their credentials is on the footer below.

It sure is. We use SagePay as the payment gateway provider who handle all the security so your details remain safe

Depending on which festival you are looking into you can buy tickets through our platform. We are currently expanding the inventory to include this option with more events.

We utilise affiliation with major ticketing platforms such as Skiddle to offer users more festival options. This means that tickets booked through them are subject to their Terms & Conditions.

Absolutely. We use Opayo (formerly Sagepay) as our payment gateway. All details are processed on their external servers which are secure. For added security our platform is SSL compliant as an extra safety blanket.

We follow the official government advice of the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO). We strongly suggest referring their website when undertaking any travel at this time.

icon add white icon less white Can I get a ticket refund if the festival I am attending has to cancel?

If your ticket has been purchased through an affiliate website please refer to their Terms & Conditions section on cancellation by the organiser.

icon add white icon less white Can I get an accommodation refund if the festival I am attending has to cancel?

All accommmodation bookings made through our platform come with free cancellation. We will closely monitor the situation and if a festival does have to cancel we will contact you advising a trigger of this clause. If a cancellation happens after the free cancellation period has lapsed then please contact us directly for the next steps.

The situation is changing almost daily and as such new information is released regularly. Below is a list of countries we offer festival packages to that are open for travel (UK citizens).

 

Malta and Spain (as of 25/09/2020)

 

Please be aware that even though these countries are open, they are only accepting tourists from specific areas. Please consult official sources as to the entry requirements. If you can’t find these sources, please do contact us and we would be happy to help.
