Upon purchasing your transfer with your hotel booking, you will be contacted by customer service for your flight details and arrival time. The maximum driver wait time is 60 minutes for arrivals and 30 minutes for departures.
Once you have collected your luggage, a staff member will be waiting for you at the arrivals hall with a sign with Supreme Travel logo. If you are unable to locate the driver/agent, please call Supreme Travel on +356 2169 4967 or go to Office 6 in the arrivals hall. Languages spoken at the call centre are English and Italian. Please do not leave the pick-up area without having contacted the agent/driver first. If the supplier doesn’t answer the phone, please call our emergency telephone number listed at the bottom of the voucher before leaving the pick-up area.
