The festival venue of Whitebottom farm creates a boutique festival atmosphere with a purposely limited capacity. As a result, the feeling is counter-cultural with lineups you would expect at far larger festivals.
Eclectic bands, local talent and crate exploring selectors create a genuinely enjoyable audio experience. All of it feels laid back and personable, where you can discover new music and also get up close to established names.
Fire shows, yoga, immersive performers are just a few of the things you can expect. But, you will undoubtedly uncover much more. Eccentric, unique, special. Accommodation & Travel Information.
Staying on-site
Camping is available for Moovin festival. A camping pass must be bought in addition to a full weekend ticket.
Festival-goers can bring their own camping gear for the general campsite. There is also an option of boutique camping in a bell tent with a 4 or 6 person capacity. They are all furnished with air mattresses, colourful rugs, throws, cushions, fairy lights, a low table and a lamp.
Motorhomes are also allowed on site and they need a motorhome ticket. There are limited vehicles that will be granted entry to the site.
Staying off-site

Travel by road
The nearest town to Moovin festival is Compstall, SK6 5HZ. Once you arrive in Compstall, the signposting will be visible.
There a three carparks available. The best to use if you are camping is Etherow country park. The entrance is a 5-minute walk from here. For day ticket holders, you can use the carpark at the entrance of Etherow country park. From here, you can get the shuttle buses to the venue.
The third carpark to use is at Marple train station. Unfortunately, the shuttle bus does not run here, so you will need to walk the other carparks.

Travel by rail
The nearest train stations to Moovin festival are Marple, Romiley and Stockport train stations. For Romiley and Stockport train station there are buses every 15 minutes.
If you are travelling from Manchester City Center the fastest train to get to Moovin festival is Marple train station.
