Knockengorroch Festival
πͺ Overview
Nestled deep within the Galloway and Southern Ayrshire UNESCO Biosphere lies one of the UK’s best-kept festival secrets, the Knockengorroch festival.
What started as a traditional folk festival in 1998 has now morphed into an auditory buffet of world music, folk, fusion, dub reggae, electronica, hip-hop and even drum n bass thrown in for good measure.
Knockengorroch Festival spans 4-days and nights in the Southern Uplands of Scotland. The venue is located in an official dark skies area, which means it’s one of the planets best places to stargaze.
